About Catalina
Catalina Fríes is a Hudson Institute certified professional executive coach based in the San Francisco Bay area. She holds over 12 years of professional experience working in Learning & Development in the tech sector in North America and Europe, having worked at large organizations like Facebook as well as small early-stage startups. Most recently she was the Head of Learning & Development at Cash App where she built the entire department and team from the ground up, practicing coaching through the programs as well as through her role as a people manager.
Outside of professional coaching and L&D, she is a photographer and textile & ceramic artist, a dancer, a former yoga instructor, and above all else, a mom. As the multi-passionate-creative-visionary type, she is most in flow when she is deeply connected and present to explore the realms of possibility and creativity that exist within each of us.
