Rest & Reset: Yoga for Better Sleep
This gentle and restorative yoga class is designed to support deep, restful sleep—no matter when you practice. Through slow, mindful movement, supported postures, and breathwork, we’ll help regulate the nervous system and release built-up tension. You'll also receive simple, effective tips to improve your sleep, from evening wind-down rituals to breathing techniques that calm a restless mind. Whether you struggle with falling asleep, staying asleep, or just want to relax, this class will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and more in tune with your body's natural rhythms.
Props needed:
2 Pillows (or a bolster)
1-2 Blankets
Optional: Eye mask or something to cover your eyes and anything else that helps you get more comfortable.

Christie Rosen is a Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach and the Author of Empowering the Sensitive Soul. Her mission is to empower highly sensitive people so they can live healthy, fulfilling lives and share their gifts with the world.
